NOVELTY - High concentration silk fibroin/graphene oxide aqueous blend is prepared by degumming silkworm cocoon using aqueous sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) solution, dissolving in lithium bromide (LiBr), centrifuging, filtering, dialyzing, concentrating to obtain 10-30 mass% regenerated silk fibroin aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing aqueous graphene oxide solution, mixing graphene oxide and concentrated regenerated silk fibroin aqueous solution, shaking, adding aqueous solution of calcium chloride, adjusting molar concentration of calcium ion in solution, and continuously concentrating. USE - Preparation of high concentration silk fibroin/graphene oxide aqueous blend for dry spinning, coating, high-performance composite material, and artificial animal foundation. ADVANTAGE - The preparation of high concentration silk fibroin/graphene oxide aqueous blend is simple, easy to operate, effective, and yields product which has good spinnability, excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High concentration silk fibroin/graphene oxide aqueous blend is prepared by degumming silkworm cocoon using aqueous Na2CO3 solution, dissolving in LiBr, centrifuging, filtering, dialyzing, concentrating to obtain 10-30 mass% regenerated silk fibroin aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing aqueous graphene oxide solution, mixing graphene oxide and concentrated regenerated silk fibroin aqueous solution with mass ratio 1:200-10000, shaking, adding aqueous solution of calcium chloride, adjusting molar concentration of calcium ion in solution to 0.15-0.3 mol/L, and continuously concentrating to obtain 50-58% silk fibroin/graphene oxide aqueous blend in which mass ratio of graphene oxide:silk fibroin is 1:200-10000.
