▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - High strength acrylic paint comprises 35-50 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-20 pts. wt. nano ferric oxide powder, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. kieselguhr, 1-5 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 0.5-2 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-3 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 5-10 pts. wt. maleic acid, 3-5 pts. wt. limonene, 0.1-2 pts. wt. powder anti-caking agent, 3-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, and deionized water (remaining amount). USE - Used as high strength acrylic paint. ADVANTAGE - The high strength acrylic paint: is environmentally friendly; and has good anti-corrosion performance and excellent mechanical strength, impact strength and surface adhesion capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the acrylic paint, comprising (i) adding quantitative acrylic resin, graphene, kieselguhr, partial amount of nano ferric oxide powder and partial amount of maleic acid in a kettle, uniformly stirring, then slowly adding quantitative titanium dioxide, nano-titanium dioxide and dispersant, and uniformly mixing at high speed, (ii) conveying the resulting mixture to a bar pin-type sand mill, and finely grinding until the fineness is less than 15 mu m, and (iii) slowly adding quantitative carboxymethyl cellulose, remaining amount of nano ferric oxide powder and maleic acid, aluminum tripolyphosphate, limonene, powdered anti-caking agent, coupling agent and deionized water to the resulting material, slowly and uniformly mixing.
