NOVELTY - The preparation of metal oxide/graphene composite film material involves diluting 1 ml graphene oxide solution with concentration of 0.4-0.6 mg/ml for 100 times, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution, mixing graphene oxide solution with small amount of metal powder, adjusting the pH of the solution to 3.0-4.0, adding an equal volume of toluene solution, stirring vigorously at room temperature for 30 minutes, converting into an oxide composite on graphene, leaving still the mixture at room temperature, layering the oil-water phases, placing the carrier under the interface of the oil-water phase, slowly pulling the carrier out of the solution below the oil-water interface, drying, and obtaining metal oxide/graphene composite film on the surface of the carrier.
