▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene-coated lithium titanate composite material, involves (a) uniformly mixing oil phase, surfactant and co-surfactant to obtain a solution (A), (b) adding graphene oxide to water, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (c) adding the graphene oxide dispersion to the solution (A), and stirring to obtain a microemulsion containing graphene oxide, (d) adjusting pH of microemulsion to 4-10, adding titanium source to microemulsion, and stirring to obtain solution (B), (e) leaving the solution (C) still at 18-26 degrees C for 6-24 hours to obtain a precipitate, (f) washing the precipitate with an organic solvent and deionized water, (g) adding lithium source to the precipitate to obtain a mixture (i), and freeze-drying the mixture (i) to obtain mixture (ii), and (h) calcining the mixture (ii) in an inert gas or nitrogen to obtain the composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-coated lithium titanate composite material (claimed) used for forming battery. ADVANTAGE - The prepared battery has excellent cycle stability and excellent discharge capacity at high rate.
