NOVELTY - A composite visible light photocatalyst comprises 1-2 mm bismuth oxychloride-containing microsphere of formula BiOClxBr1-x supported on 5-20 wt.% graphene nanosheet. USE - Composite visible light photocatalyst used for lithium battery, supercapacitor and lubricating wear. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of photocatalyst comprising dispersing graphite in organic solvent to obtain 0.285-0.57 wt.% graphene solution; adding bismuth source, chlorine and bromine into organic solvent, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed solution; adding mixed solution into graphene solution, putting into stainless steel reaction kettle, sealing, heating to 100-200 degrees C for 12-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing with deionized water repeatedly, washing with anhydrous ethanol repeatedly, and drying by high-temperature annealing.
