NOVELTY - Preparing graphene self-assembled amphiphilic ruthenium complex on monolayer film comprises e.g. adding ultrapure water in a clean container, using ammonium hydroxide to adjust pH, providing amphiphilic ruthenium complex (Ru(Py2G1MeBiP)(XPOH))(PF6)2 (sic)(I), dissolving in solution, using hydrochloric acid to regulate pH to obtain ruthenium complex solution, immersing ITO electric conduction glass in RCA solution, removing bubble, water bath heating, taking out ITO glass substrate, cleaning, immersing (I) in solution, oscillating, soaking, taking out substrate, and cleaning. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene self-assembled amphiphilic ruthenium complex on monolayer film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate, and uses a simple container that is operable at room temperature without special conditions and device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene self-assembled amphiphilic ruthenium complex on monolayer film comprises (i) preparing indium tin oxide (ITO) substrate self-assembled amphiphilic ruthenium complex: adding ultrapure water in a clean container, using ammonium hydroxide to adjust pH to 10, providing amphiphilic ruthenium complex represented by formula (Ru(Py2G1MeBiP)(XPOH))(PF6)2 (I), dissolving in solution, using hydrochloric acid to regulate pH to 5 to obtain ruthenium complex solution, immersing ITO electric conduction glass in RCA solution, after slight vibration, removing bubble shift to water bath, water bath heating after taking out ITO electric conduction glass substrate and cleaning with ultrapure water, using the inert gas for blowing, immersing amphiphilic ruthenium complex (I) in solution, slightly oscillating to remove bubble, soaking it for 3-6 hours under room temperature, after 6 hours, taking out ITO electric conduction glass substrate, cleaning with ultrapure water, using inert gas for blowing, (ii) preparing graphene dispersion liquid: dissolving sodium dodecyl sulfate in water to obtain sodium dodecyl sulfate aqueous solution, according to volume ratio of 2-4:10 mg/ml, dissolving graphite in sodium dodecyl sulfate aqueous solution, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion treatment, centrifuging to remove the residue to obtain graphite diluted dispersion with concentration of 0.1-0.3 mg/ml, and (iii) immersing step (i) prepared amphiphilic ruthenium complex ITO substrate in graphene dispersion liquid, shaking to remove bubble, soaking it for 10-24 hours at room temperature, taking out ITO substrate and washing with methyl alcohol, introducing inert gas for blowing, obtaining monolayer graphene assembled amphiphilic character ruthenium complex.
