NOVELTY - A graphene surface structure is prepared by oxidizing 2-50 pts. wt. graphite oxide and oxidant, ultrasonically radiating at 50-500 watts and 25-80 kHz, heating at 80 degrees C for 10-480 minutes, filtering, collecting, dispersing with deionized water, filtering, drying at 60-180 degrees C, sealing, adding 0.1-10 pts. wt. reducing agent and heating at 95 degrees C for 5-24 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene surface structure (claimed) used for homogeneous composite material and high activity electrochemical electrode.
