NOVELTY - Aqueous reflective heat insulation imitation marble paint comprises color point base paint, continuous phase and protective glue solution in a ratio of 4-8:1-3:1-3. USE - Used as aqueous reflective heat insulation imitation marble paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the aqueous reflective heat insulation imitation marble paint, (i) taking water, protective rubber powder, release agent, and preservative, then adding water into the batching bucket, adding protective rubber powder, release agent and preservative while stirring, uniformly stirring, when the liquid is stirred to be transparent and free of particles to obtain protective glue, (ii) adding water, preservative, hydroxyethyl cellulose, dispersant, wetting agent, defoamer, protective rubber powder, pigment, filler, multifunctional auxiliary agent, anti-freezing agent, film forming auxiliary agent, antifungal agent, emulsion and quartz sand, first adding water into the dispersing tank, adding dispersant, 1/2 defoamer, 1/2 preservative, and wetting agent, then adding hydroxyethyl cellulose, maintaining the speed at 1000-2000 revolutions/minute, dispersing into a transparent state, then adding protective rubber powder, pigment, multifunctional auxiliary agent, maintaining the rotation speed at 1000-2000 revolutions/minute, stirring for about 30 minutes, and waiting until it is uniformly stirred, reducing the speed to 600-800 revolutions/minute, adding anti-freezing agent, film-forming auxiliary agent, adding the antifungal agent, dispersing for 5-10 minutes, then adding the emulsion, uniformly stirring, transferring the part in the dispersing tank to the horizontal mixer, adding quartz sand powder and hollow glass beads, fully stirring, adding the remaining defoamer and preservative to obtain colored dot base paint, (iii) taking color dot base paint obtained in the step (ii), separating color according to color plate color ratio requirements to obtain color point, (iv) adding water, preservative, defoamer, multifunctional auxiliary agent, film-forming auxiliary agent, anti-freezing agent, emulsion and thickener, adding water into the dispersion tank, then adding preservative, antifoaming agent, multifunctional additive, film-forming auxiliary agent, anti-freezing agent, uniformly stirring at a speed of 600-800 revolutions/minute, then adding the emulsion, fully mixing, adding the thickener, after the viscosity is stable to obtain continuous phase, (iv) taking the batching bucket, and then adding the protective glue obtained in the step (i) into the batching channel, then adding the base paint after the toning obtained in the step (iii) into the ingredient pass, and measuring according to the proportion, adding separately in order from more to less weight, firstly pre-cutting the color base paint, then using a granulator for cutting to obtain colorful points, and (vi) adding the continuous phase obtained in the step (iv) to step (v), uniformly stirring to obtain finished product of the aqueous reflective thermal insulation imitation marble coating.
