NOVELTY - Anti-water-absorbing polyamide 6 (PA6) comprises 79.2-89.9 wt.% fishing net PA6, 0-0.5 wt.% antioxidant, 5-10 wt.% sepiolite clay, 5-10 wt.% layered structure auxiliary agent, and 0.1-0.3 wt.% compatibilizer. USE - The anti-water-absorbing polyamide 6 is useful in macromolecule material modified technical field. ADVANTAGE - The anti-water-absorbing polyamide 6 improves technical convenience of nylon modification, performance stability and mechanical performance, has good mechanical property, and notch impact strength, tensile strength, bending strength, flexural modulus, and comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of the anti-water-absorbing polyamide 6, comprising (i) wet-grinding the sepiolite clay and a compatibilizer, and drying to obtain pretreated sepiolite clay, and (ii) mixing the pretreated sepiolite clay, layered structure auxiliary agent, fishnet yarn PA6 and antioxidant at 220-260℃ to melt-extruding and granulating, and obtaining anti-water-absorbing polyamide 6.
