▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene loaded zinc silicate composite material block based on rice hull, comprises (i) cleaning and drying the rice hull powder by ultra-pure water, soaking in 1-5 mol/l hydrochloric acid solution, stirring for 6-8 hours at 60-90degrees Celsius, filtering, water washing, drying to obtain the acid washing rice hull powder, (ii) mixing the pickling rice hull powder and zinc powder, grinding and mixing uniformly in a mortar to obtain the mixed powder of rice hull powder and zinc powder, (iii) taking 2 g rice hull powder and zinc powder mixed powder, adding into the tablet machine mold, pressing into round block with the diameter of 20 mm and the thickness of 2 mm, and (iv) placing the rice hull powder and zinc powder block in the quartz boat, placing in the center of the tubular furnace under the protection of argon gas, nitrogen or argon-nitrogen mixed gas, heating according to a certain heating program, and naturally cooling to room temperature. USE - The material is useful in sodium ion battery cathode (claimed).
