▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Antibacterial film is prepared by taking reducing graphene oxide-molybdenum disulfide-silver (rGO-MoS2-Ag) ternary antibacterial compound as nanofiller and glycerol as plasticizer, adding to carboxymethyl cellulose by solution spreading method to produce the product with strong tensile strength and antibacterial properties. USE - The antibacterial film is used for antibacterial packaging (claimed) for antibacterial food packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial film improves the mechanical properties of the carboxymethyl cellulose biopolymer membrane, adjusts light transmittance, and provides stronger antibacterial activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the antibacterial film, involving (i) slowly dissolving carboxymethyl cellulose in ultrapure water under vigorous stirring, dripping glycerol as a plasticizer, heating at 75-105 degrees C, maintaining for 20-40 minutes to ensure that the carboxymethyl cellulose is completely dissolved, (ii) dissolving reducing graphene oxide-molybdenum disulfide-silver nanocomposite material in ultrapure water, homogenizing with a high-speed shear homogenizer, adding to carboxymethyl cellulose solution and mixing while stirring, and (iii) gradually heating the mixed solution under action of a magnetic stirrer, uniformly casting on a glass plate after the solution boils, and placing in a fume hood to dry.
