NOVELTY - The filter has a top metal layer (1) provided with three annular grooves (11) corresponding to position of three resonant cavities. The top metal layer is provided with an adjustable varactor group. A first end of the adjustable varactor group is connected with a bottom metal layer (3) through a perturbation metallization through hole (10). A second end of the adjustable varactor group is connected with the top metal layer. The bottom metal layer is provided with an input output feeding port (12). The bottom metal layer corresponding to three annular grooves is provided with three annular graphene layers (6). USE - CT topology based Frequency and amplitude independent adjustable SIW filter. ADVANTAGE - The filter realizes independent and controllable frequency and transmission amplitude of SIW filter at the same time, and realizes multi-reconstruction radio frequency device with tunable filter and attenuation function. The adjustable varactor set is set on the top metal layer and the annular graphene layer is set in the bottom metal layer, so that the filter with independent and adjustable frequency and the transmission amplitude is realized.
