NOVELTY - Preparation of antibacterial graphene fabric involves (S1) mixing 85-100 pts. wt. bamboo loose fiber and 15-20 pts. wt. graphene loose fiber and performing 2-3 opening and cleaning and carding cotton, (S2) sizing by controlling the temperature of slurry tank to ensure that the viscosity of slurry in the tank is maintained at 8 seconds, and sizing 0.2-0.5% upper wax, (S3) weaving, checking and packaging, dyeing and finishing. USE - Preparation of antibacterial graphene fabric used for textile application. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides antibacterial graphene fabric with excellent antibacterial property, is simple method, reduces complexity of existing natural fiber antibacterial fabric, and uses the natural bamboo/graphene blended fabric having excellent thermal insulation property, promoting blood circulation, expanding blood vessel, improving the oxygen content of human body, relieving fatigue, and capable of quickly absorbing moisture and sweat emitted by human body skin and high adsorption speed and capacity of organic pollutant such as formaldehyde and benzene ring. The antibacterial fabric has excellent inhibition rate of 72% to Candida albicans, 79% to Escherichia coli, and 98% to Staphylococcus aureus. The slurry prepared can effectively ensure the smoothness of the yarn and reduce the friction of the yarn.
