▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Coating comprises A component 0.1-10 pts. wt. graphene and B component nano inorganic ceramic temperature resistant component comprises aqueous inorganic resin, toner, distilled water and nano-grade inorganic ceramic temperature-resistant component comprising 20-30 pts. wt. methyl trimethoxysilane, 30-45 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide aluminum sol, 15 pts. wt. inorganic pigment black iron oxide, and de-ionized water or distilled water. USE - The coating is useful for metal aluminum plate heating element or metal fin type electric heating device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: can improve the overall heat efficacy and heat dissipation effect, product performance and user experience of the metal aluminum plate heating element or the metal fin type electric heating device; is economical; and saves energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing coating, comprising (i) taking the set amount of B-component methyltrimethoxysilane, aluminum hydroxide aluminum sol, inorganic pigment black iron oxide, and deionized water or distilled water before coating, (ii) adding it into a stainless steel stirring tank, stirring for 0.5-3 hours fully, adding in the set amount of graphene of component A, and stirring fully for 1.5-3 hours; and (2) application of coating on a metal aluminum plate heating element or a metal fin type electric heating device, where the fin is a metal sheet made of aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet, iron sheet or copper sheet, comprising (a) spraying a layer of the coating on the surface of the fin of the metal aluminum plate heating element or the metal fin type electric heating device uniformly, (b) stirring all the required coating until the solid substance at the bottom is evenly stirred and taking it out as needed, (c) rolling and stirring the coating for 30-60 minutes, or ultrasonic curing for 10-30 minutes, (d) filtering the cured coating through an 80-300 meshes filter, it is ready for use, (e) pre-treating the aluminum plate heating element or metal fin type electric heating device to be processed after dust removal, degreasing and descaling and sandblasting the metal sheet with 80-120 meshes grit and (f) preheating the substrate to 40-60 degrees C and before spraying, the nozzle diameter of the spray gun: recommended 1-1.5mm, air pressure 2-5 bar, and controlling the flow rate during spraying and drying the metal aluminum plate heating element or metal fin-type electric heating device.
