NOVELTY - A conductive masterbatch with electromagnetic shielding function, comprises polymer, graphene material, carbon black and magnetite powder. The graphene material comprises single-layer graphene, double-layer graphene, and multi-layer graphene. The number of layers of multi-layer graphene exceeds 10 layers. USE - Conductive masterbatch with electromagnetic shielding function, used in shield tent, anti-static fabric, and shielding application. ADVANTAGE - The conductive masterbatch has high electromagnetic shielding function, uniform particle size, stable performance, high dispersibility, high breakage elongation rate, high application range and improves the added value of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of conductive masterbatch with electromagnetic shielding function, which involves mixing above components, melt extruding, water cooling, pelletizing, drying, and screening; and (2) usage of conductive masterbatch in shield tent, conductive anti-static fabric, and shielding application.
