▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Silicon nitride/ titanium carbide/graphene composite ceramic tool material having mechanical anisotropy comprises 0.5-5 wt.% graphene, 5-50 wt.% titanium carbide, 0.5-5 wt.% magnesium oxide, 0.5-7 wt.% yttrium(iii) oxide, 0.5-5 wt.% yttrium(iii) oxide and silicon nitride(balanced amount), then hot pressing sintering to obtain the final product, where the average thickness of graphene is 2-34 nm, and the average diameter of graphene is 1-10 mu m. USE - Used as silicon nitride/ titanium carbide/graphene composite ceramic tool material having mechanical anisotropy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of Silicon nitride/ titanium carbide/graphene composite ceramic tool material having mechanical anisotropy comprising (i) adding the silicon nitride powder into the isopropanol dispersion liquid of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain the silicon nitride dispersion liquid;(ii) adding titanium carbide powder into the isopropanol dispersion liquid of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain titanium carbide dispersion; (iii) adding magnesium oxide, yttrium(iii) oxide, and yttrium(iii) oxide powder in into the isopropanol dispersion liquid of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain mixed sintering additives dispersion liquid; (iv) adding the graphene to the isopropanol dispersion of the polyvinylpyrrolidone, and dispersing by ultrasonic dispersion to obtain the graphene dispersion liquid; and (v) mixing the above silicon nitride dispersion, titanium carbide dispersion and sintering additive dispersion, ultrasonic dispersing, ball milling, and then adding the graphene dispersion to continuing ball milling, drying the resulting mixed slurry, sieving and hot-press sintering in a mold.
