NOVELTY - A high-efficiency transposition washing method involves preparing graphite oxide, optionally washing the graphite oxide by low-speed centrifuge, crushing to obtain impurity-containing graphite oxide powder, thermally expanding the graphite oxide powder to obtain an impurity-containing graphene, repeatedly washing the graphene by rapid solid/liquid separation, and spray-drying or vacuum-drying the wet graphene at room temperature to obtain pure thin-layer graphene powder. USE - High-efficiency transposition washing method for preparing thin layer graphene used as carbon material in lithium-ion battery, electrochemical capacitor and fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, fast, time-saving and easy, ensures low energy consumption and mass production of thin-layer graphene, improves the whole preparation efficiency of the thin layer graphene, avoids sol-gel of graphite oxide, and ensures easy washing and purifying processes.
