▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a large-area continuous flexible self-supporting electrode comprises mixing reduced graphene oxide, porous carbon powder with a solvent and then dispersing to obtain a mixed slurry. The number of sheets of the reduced graphene oxide is 2-6, and the diameter of the sheets is 1-20 micro m. The particle size of the porous carbon powder is 1 to 5 micro m, the mass ratio of the reduced graphene oxide to the porous carbon powder is (0.05 to 0.5):1, and the mass volume concentration of the mixed slurry is 5 to 20 mg/mL. The obtained mixed slurry is coated on a hydrophobic substrate and then dried to obtain a large-area continuous flexible self-supporting electrode. USE - Method for preparing a large-area continuous flexible self-supporting electrode for use in a supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a large-area continuous flexible self-supporting electrode, which realize that only adding a small amount of reduced graphene oxide can wrap a large number of porous carbon particles, so as to ensure that a large area continuous flexible self-supporting electrode is obtained, and the original highly developed pore structure of activated porous carbon can not be blocked. The three-dimensional conductive network structure built by graphene sheets and activated porous carbon particles is loose, and increase the contact area with the electrolyte, and achieve the technical effect of high specific capacity and excellent rate performance.
