NOVELTY - The circuit has an amplifier i.e. differential amplifier or operational amplifier, provided with a hall element and a FET. The amplifier is utilized for amplifying hall voltage signal from the hall element. The hall element is provided with two exciting electrodes, two hall electrodes and a graphene channel. The exciting electrodes are connected with two ends of the channel. The hall electrodes are connected with two sides of the channel, and resistor and a connecting line are made of metal or graphene. USE - Hall integrated circuit. ADVANTAGE - The circuit utilizes the FET and graphene channel, thus ensuring good compatibility on the preparation process of the circuit. The circuit has comparatively high sensitivity and temperature stability and works in better manner under voltage and current modes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a hall integrated circuit.
