NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene-styrene composite material comprises e.g. (i) placing graphene and styrene into a grinding machine for grinding, adding a surfactant and a dispersing agent after 2 hours, continuing grinding for 2 hours, adding deionized water and polyvinyl alcohol, heating to 50-70degrees Celsius and continuously stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain a dispersion liquid containing graphene and styrene, (ii) slowly dropping the dispersion liquid into a numerical control type ultrasonic device, continuously performing ultrasonic dispersion in the dripping process and continuously performing ultrasonic dispersion for 0.5-1 hour after the dripping is finished, (iii) dispersing the dispersion liquid, stabilizer and auxiliary stabilizer into the reaction kettle, sealing the kettle, heating and boosting, keeping the constant temperature and constant pressure for 2-3 hours and the stirring speed is 50-200 rotation/minute (rpm) to obtain stable compound. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene-styrene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: has excellent quality and dispersion effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a graphene-styrene composite material comprises (i) placing graphene and styrene into a grinding machine for grinding, adding a surfactant and a dispersing agent after 2 hours, continuing grinding for 2 hours, adding deionized water and polyvinyl alcohol, heating to 50-70degrees Celsius and continuously stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain a dispersion liquid containing graphene and styrene, (ii) slowly dropping the dispersion liquid into a numerical control type ultrasonic device, continuously performing ultrasonic dispersion in the dripping process and continuously performing ultrasonic dispersion for 0.5-1 hour after the dripping is finished, (iii) dispersing the dispersion liquid, stabilizer and auxiliary stabilizer into the reaction kettle, sealing the kettle, heating and boosting, raising the temperature to 100-120degrees Celsius, the pressure is 0.5-0.8 microPa, keeping the constant temperature and constant pressure for 2-3 hours and the stirring speed is 50-200 rotation/minute (rpm) to obtain stable compound, (v) placing the stable compound into a reaction bottle, adding an initiator into the reaction bottle, keeping the temperature at 70-90degrees Celsius and continuously reacting for 20-30 minutes, and (v) reducing the reaction temperature to 40-60degrees Celsius, adding a reducing agent, stirring at a constant temperature for 30-60 minutes, then reducing the temperature to room temperature, and placing the mixture into an extruder for plasticizing and granulating to obtain a finished product.
