DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composite photocatalyst comprises bismuth oxide bromide compound of formula Bi10O25Br12 (I) and reduced graphene oxide dissolved in polar solvent. The compound (I) and reduced graphene oxide has adsorption/desorption balance. The mass ratio of compound (I) and reduced graphene oxide is 150:8-12.
