The composite film is formed, and a metal grid is prepared on the side of the metal foil facing away from the flexible substrate to obtain a metal grid graphene composite film. USE - Method for preparing in-situ composite metal grid graphene composite functional film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare in-situ composite metal grid graphene composite functional film, which has yield, and improves the metal grid graphene composite film production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an in-situ composite metal grid graphene composite functional film, which comprises a metal grid and graphene layers grown on the surface of the metal grid, the metal net grid is made of metal foil, and the graphene layer is grown on the surface of the metal foil by chemical vapor deposition.
