▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Molybdenum-doped porous silicon-carbon composite material comprises porous nano-silicon, molybdenum oxide, graphene and amorphous carbon. The molybdenum oxide and porous nano silicon are supported on the graphene and are both connected to the graphene through chemical bonds. USE - Used as molybdenum-doped porous silicon-carbon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: can exert the synergistic effect; has high conductivity, specific capacity and cycle performance; and reduces the expansion effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing a molybdenum-doped porous silicon-carbon composite material, comprising (i) preparing aminated porous nano silicon comprising adding the nano silicon into the mixed acid solution of hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, soaking, filtering and washing, and mixing with the aniline solution for modification to obtain the aminated porous nano silicon, preferably the soaking time is 1-48 hours, preferably the mass ratio of the nano silicon, aniline and mixed acid is (1-10):(1-30):100, (ii) using the porous nano-silicon obtained in step (i) to prepare a solution containing molybdate, porous nano-silicon and graphene oxide to perform a hydrothermal reaction, and (iii) carburizing the hydrothermal product by carrying out a primary heat treatment and a secondary heat treatment, where the temperature of the primary heat treatment is lower than the temperature of the secondary heat treatment, and in the atmosphere of the primary heat treatment, reducing gas proportion is greater than or equal to 50 vol%; and (2) a lithium ion battery comprises the molybdenum-doped porous silicon-carbon composite material.
