▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anti-tensile polyvinyl chloride communication tube comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride monomer, 8-10 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 5-6 pts. wt. octyl tin mercaptan, 4-6 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 3-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. alkyl lithium and 1-2 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as anti-tensile polyvinyl chloride communication tube. ADVANTAGE - The communication tube: has greater tensile strength and can meet the installation requirements in a larger span. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing an anti-tensile polyvinyl chloride communication tube, comprising (i) dispersing graphene ultrasonically in 100-120 parts of deionized water, cleaning, filtering and drying to obtain pollution-free graphene; (ii) dispersing the polyvinyl chloride monomer ultrasonically in 200-220 parts of ethyl ether, adding alkyl lithium under the protection of nitrogen, and carrying out the ultrasonic dispersion continuously to obtain a polyvinyl chloride monomer mixture; (iii) adding the graphene obtained in step (i) into the polyvinyl chloride monomer mixture in step (ii), heating to 40-50 degrees C, and reacting for 5-7 hours to obtain product one; (iv) heating the product of step (iii) to 100-120 degrees C gradually, adding calcium carbonate, octyl tin mercaptan, light stabilizer, antioxidant, lubricant, antistatic agent, flame retardant and biological inhibitor, stirring and melting to obtain a molten mixture; (v) placing the molten mixture obtained in step (iv) in an extruder and extruding to obtain an extruded material, where the temperature of the die is controlled at 180-200 degrees C, the traction speed is 0.8-1 m/min, and the main engine speed is 18-22 revolutions/minutes; and (vi) shaping the extruded material obtained in step (v) under vacuum, cooling and cutting after pulling.
