DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for electroless plating method of minute material, which involves supporting nanostructure which adsorbed to the minute material to a metal used as catalyst during electroless plating process, and then adding minute material into an electroless plating liquid, and then electroless plating the minute material.
