NOVELTY - Graphite oxide is prepared. The obtained graphite oxide is crushed to powder using agate mortar, ionic liquid-acetone solution is added and dried in oven, to obtain ionic liquid-modified graphene oxide. Natural rubber is masticated using double-roller. Obtained natural rubber, zinc oxide, stearic acid, vulcanization accelerators, antioxidants, curing agent, plasticizer, ionic liquid-modified graphene oxide and carbon black are mixed in open mixing machine or internal mixer and cured, to obtain ionic liquid-modified graphene oxide-natural rubber vulcanized rubber. USE - Manufacture of ionic liquid-modified graphene oxide-natural rubber vulcanized rubber. ADVANTAGE - The method provides ionic liquid-modified graphene oxide-natural rubber vulcanized rubber having improved heat conduction coefficient and mechanical properties, by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite and sodium nitrate are added to concentrated sulfuric acid, stirred, potassium permanganate is added, deionized water and hydrogen peroxide solution are added, filtered, washed with deionized water and hydrochloric acid, respectively, and dried, to obtain graphite oxide. The obtained graphite oxide is crushed to powder using agate mortar, ionic liquid-acetone solution is added and dried in oven, to obtain ionic liquid-modified graphene oxide. Natural rubber is masticated using double-roller.
