▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene comprises a nitrogen-sulfur compound containing a hydrophilic group, graphene oxide and green reducing agent, nitrogen-containing sulfur-containing compound having a hydrophilic group, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide and green reducing agent is (1-5):1:(1-10). USE - The nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene is used in flexible electrode material and/or conductive and thermally conductive material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method obtain graphene with 85-90% yield (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene comprising aqueous solution of nitrogen sulfur compound containing hydrophilic groups with the graphene oxide, adding green reducing agent, to obtain the mixed liquid, reacting at 100-200 degrees C for 6-18 hours and purifying to obtain nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene.
