▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A snow melting pavement construction method of a road involves cutting surface of road pavement to form installation surface; preparing planar heating composite sheet including planar heating layer and heat insulating layer attached to lower portion of planar heating layer; winding prepared planar heating composite sheet to laying equipment; installing planar heat generating composite sheet wound on installation surface on installation surface; and repackaging ascon on the top of planar heating composite sheet which includes base sheet made of synthetic resin whose width on upper surface of base sheet is applied with conductive paste along a direction and has a set of electrodes alternately arranged at a distance along the length direction of the base sheet. Conductive paste is entirely applied between the set of electrodes among the set of electrodes of the upper surface of the base sheet and generates heat by electric resistance. USE - A snow melting pavement construction method of a road. ADVANTAGE - Since a more rapid construction is possible through a construction method in which a sheet wound on a roll is installed on the installation surface, the construction cost can be significantly reduced. In addition, there is an effect of remarkably improving the snow melting efficiency of the snow melting pavement by more reliably preventing the heat loss downward. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A snow melting pavement construction method of a road involves cutting surface of road pavement to form installation surface; preparing planar heating composite sheet including planar heating layer and heat insulating layer attached to lower portion of planar heating layer; winding prepared planar heating composite sheet to laying equipment; installing planar heat generating composite sheet wound on installation surface on installation surface; and repackaging ascon on the top of planar heating composite sheet which includes base sheet made of synthetic resin whose width on upper surface of base sheet is applied with conductive paste along a direction and has a set of electrodes alternately arranged at a distance along the length direction of the base sheet. Conductive paste is entirely applied between the set of electrodes among the set of electrodes of the upper surface of the base sheet and generates heat by electric resistance. Planar heating layer includes an insulating sheet made of synthetic resin attached to an upper portion of conductive paste; insulation sheet is attached to lower portion of planar heating layer and impregnated with aerogel in a nonwoven fabric made of synthetic resin, and attached to a lower portion of insulation sheet; and heat insulating layer comprises a protective sheet made of synthetic resin material.
