NOVELTY - Ion exchange membrane comprises fluorine-based polymer membrane, and a graphene oxide bonded to the fluorine-based polymer membrane and having a fluorine-based chain. USE - The ion exchange membrane is useful for redox flow cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ion exchange membrane has excellent proton conductivity, ion selectivity, performance and physical properties, and improved durability, and can reduce permeation of ions which are oxidation-reduction species.
