NOVELTY - The method comprises mixing titanium source, lithium source and fast lithium-ion conductor source by wet method, ball milling to obtain mixture, mixing the conductive agent and the mixture, grinding for one time, spray drying, and calcining to obtain intermediate product comprising lithium titanate, fast lithium ions conductor and conductive agents, mixing intermediate product with the first aluminum source and then optionally secondary calcining, or sieving the intermediate product to obtain the final product. USE - Method for preparing modified lithium titanate composite material, which is useful in a cathode ion battery and a lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of low rate performance of the lithium titanate material; controls the crystallization process of lithium titanate; reduces the crystal grain diameter of lithium titaniumate; improves the transfer rate of lithium-titanate surface lithium-ion, improves the effect of lithium titanate negative material multiplying power performance, and improves the stability of the surface, and is good for solving the expansion problem of the tannate material.
