▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Stripping a graphene platelet involves mixing polymer, graphene platelet and coupling agent to obtain a reaction mixture. The reaction mixture is subjected to melt blending and extrusion to obtain the peeled graphene microchip, where shear stress of melt blending is 0.14-0.2MPa for 250-600 seconds. The extrusion process is performed in a force field that is biaxially stretched after shearing. USE - Method for stripping a graphene platelet for preparing graphene platelet/polymer composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to strip a graphene platelet, which solves problem of poor dispersing effect, improves stripping degree so that performance of graphene micro sheet is not reduced, improves dispersing effect in polymer, and improves product performance.
