NOVELTY - Process for antistatic grafting-microwave freezing of nonwoven fabrics, involves (a) adding biomass graphene aqueous dispersion and nano-cerium dioxide aqueous dispersion to viscose fiber spinning solution, mixing, filtering and spraying the blended spinning solution into a coagulation bath, and drawing and post-processing to obtain a modified viscose fiber, (b) opening the modified viscose fiber on a carding equipment and forming net to obtain a modified viscose fiber nonwoven fabric on a small needle punching machine of nonwoven fabric, (c) formulating monomer acrylic acid and photoinitiator benzophenone into a solution, soaking the nonwoven fabric, curing, cleaning with deionized water and drying, and (d) soaking the non-woven fabric obtained in step (c) in deionized water, rolling and freezing, carrying out microwave treatment and naturally drying. USE - The process is useful for antistatic grafting-microwave freezing of nonwoven fabrics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Process for antistatic grafting-microwave freezing of nonwoven fabric, involves (a) adding 2-3 pts. wt. biomass graphene aqueous dispersion and 1-2 pts. wt. nano-cerium dioxide aqueous dispersion to 70-90 pts. wt. viscose fiber spinning solution, mixing, filtering and spraying the blended spinning solution into a coagulation bath at 50-60 degrees C, and drawing and post-processing to obtain a modified viscose fiber, (b) opening the modified viscose fiber on a carding equipment, removing impurities and forming net to obtain a modified viscose fiber nonwoven fabric on a small needle punching machine of nonwoven fabric, (c) formulating monomer acrylic acid and photoinitiator benzophenone into a solution in a dark place, soaking the nonwoven fabric for 1-2 hours under a UV lamp light, curing for 20-25 minutes, cleaning with deionized water after taking out and drying to constant weight at 80-85 degrees C, and (d) soaking the non-woven fabric obtained in step (c) in deionized water for 1-2 hours, rolling into a ziplock bag and freezing at 28 degrees C for 1-2 hours in a freezer, carrying out microwave treatment for 5-15 minutes and naturally drying.
