▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A vapor-based heat transfer apparatus consists of hollow structure (a) comprising a thermally conductive material having a thermal conductivity 5 W/m.K or more, a wick structure (b) which is in contact with one or several walls of the hollow structure, and a working liquid (c) within hollow structure and in contact with wick structure. The wick structure comprises a graphene material (M1). USE - Vapor-based heat transfer apparatus such as vapor chamber and heat pipe used as heat dissipating device for microelectronic, photonic and photovoltaic systems (all claimed). Uses include but smart phones, flat-screen TV, tablets, and laptop computers. ADVANTAGE - The vapor-based heat transfer apparatus includes the graphene-based chamber wall structure and/or graphene-based wick structure which enables significantly faster heat transfer from the heat source to the evaporator portion of the wick structure, thereby allowing efficient evaporation of the working fluid. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a vapor chamber having graphene-based wick structure.
