USE - Graphene conductive polymer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive polymer composite material has wide application range of static dissipative material, increases conductivity of the oxide graphene, and enhances the electrochemical device, antistatic coating, and electromagnetic interference shielding material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene conductive polymer composite material, which involves: (A) adding carbon black in 100-110 times sulfuric acid and nitric acid in ratio 4-5:1, where concentration of sulfuric acid is 90-95% and nitric acid is 96-98%, reacting at 110-120 degrees C for 6-10 hours, filtering, washing the precipitate for 3-4 times, and drying at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain carboxyl carbon black; (B) adding carboxyl carbon black to 15-20 times thionyl chloride heating at 50-55 degrees C for 15-20 hours, distilling to remove thionyl chloride, and drying at normal temperature to obtain acid chloride carbon black; (C) adding acid chloride carbon black to 100-120 times of de-ionized water, treating ultrasonically for 3-5 minutes, adding triethylamine, heating at 50-70 degrees C for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing the precipitate, and drying at normal temperature to obtain amination carbon black; (D) adding stearic acid in 300-460 times of de-ionized water, stirring uniformly, adding graphene oxide, ultrasound for 20-30 minutes, adding 96-98% sulfuric acid, and heating at 50-60 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain modified graphene oxide dispersion; and (E) adding amination carbon black, and caprolactam to modified graphene oxide dispersion, stirring uniformly, adding ammonium persulfate into reaction kettle at 220-300 degrees C for 3-5 hours, discharging, filtering and drying to obtain graphene conductive polymer composite material.
