▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified silicone resin comprises silane-grafted graphene oxide used in amount of 0.01-1 wt.% of the silicone resin obtained by modifying the silicone resin by using silane-grafted graphene oxide as a reinforcing agent. USE - Modified silicone resin for metal anticorrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified silicone resin is prepared by the method that not only effectively prevents the agglomeration of graphene, but also significantly improves corrosion resistance of silicone resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a modified silicone resin, which involves: (A) hydrolyzing chlorosilane to obtain a hydrolyzate 1, adding an acidic catalyst to the hydrolyzed material 1 to adjust the pH to 3-6, to obtain a hydrolyzed material 2; and (B) adding the silane grafted graphene oxide the hydrolyzed material 2 at 5-95 degrees C, and stirring the contents to obtain a hydrolyzed material 3, adding a basic catalyst to the hydrolysis material 3 to adjust the pH to 5-7, to obtain a hydrolyzate 4, and subjecting the hydrolyzate 4 to a polycondensation reaction to obtain a modified silicone resin.
