▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Thermal-resistant and yellow stain resistant metal comprises a metal substrate, an anti-yellowing coating on surface of the metal substrate, and a thermal resistant non-contamination coating on the surface of the anti-yellowing coating. The anti-yellowing coating is formed by curing anti-yellowing coating, where the anti-yellowing coating includes 8-10 wt.% phosphate, 10-20 wt.% silica sol, 0.2-0.5 wt.% graphene, 0.1-0.5 wt.% surfactant, and 70-80 wt.% deionized water. The thermal-resistant non-staining coating is formed by curing thermal-resistant non-staining coating. The thermal-resistant non-fouling coating includes 50-70 wt.% organic solvent, 20-30 wt.% silicone, 0.2-0.5 wt.% graphene, 0.5-2 wt.% polyether modified silicone, 10-15 wt.% silica sol, 0.5-1 wt.% acetic acid and 2-5 wt.% water. USE - The thermal-resistant and yellow stain resistant metal is useful in high temperature environment (claimed), and building daily tool and kitchen tool. ADVANTAGE - The metal: has good thermal resistance, yellow stain resistance, and non-pollution performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermal-resistant and yellow stain resistant metal comprises (1) according to the mass ratio configuration, anti-yellowing paint and thermal resistant non-fouling coating are obtained, (2) cleaning metal substrate with pretreatment solution, and washing with water and drying, (3) coating anti-yellowing coating on the surface of the dried metal substrate, curing at 200-250℃ for 15-20 minutes to obtain a metal substrate containing an anti-yellowing coating, and (4) coating thermal-resistant non-staining coating on surface of the metal substrate containing the anti-yellowing coating, drying surface, curing at 200-250℃ for 15-20 minutes to obtain product.
