▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphite oxide is dispersed in glycol solution at room temperature to obtain mixed solution having density of 0.5-2 mg/mL. The mixed solution is ultrasonically dispersed for 30-60 minutes. Cobalt salt, anhydrous sodium acetate and polyethylene glycol are added to the mixed solution, and mixed for 1-2 hours to obtain reaction liquid. The reaction liquid is added into reaction container, heated at 180-210 degrees C for 8-16 hours, cooled at room temperature, centrifuged, washed with deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol, and dried to obtain cobalt/graphene composite material. USE - Manufacture of cobalt/graphene composite material by alcohol heat method. ADVANTAGE - The method provides pure cobalt/graphene composite material having high dispersibility, magnetizability, and compounding ability of cobalt crystal with graphene, and reduced electrical resistivity, by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite oxide is dispersed in glycol solution at room temperature to obtain mixed solution having density of 0.5-2 mg/mL. The mass ratio of cobalt salt and graphite oxide is 1:1-5:1. The mass ratio of anhydrous sodium acetate and cobalt salt is 10-1:12-1. The volume ratio of polyethylene glycol and glycol is 1-110:1-550.
