▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aerogel with electromagnetic shielding and sound absorption functions comprises (i) preparing aramid nanofiber dispersion liquid, (ii) taking aramid nanofiber dispersion liquid obtained in the step (i) and freeze-drying to obtain the aramid nanofiber aerogel framework, (iii) preparing polyimide precursor polyamic acid (PAA), dissolving in deionized water, and forming a dispersion liquid, (iv) taking polyamic acid (PAA) dispersion liquid obtained in the step (iii), and mixing and stirring the conductive filler A to obtain a mixed solution of A/PAA, and (v) soaking the aramid nanofiber aerogel framework prepared in the step (ii) in A/PAA mixed solution prepared in the step (iv), performing freeze-drying, and high-temperature imidization to obtain the target product A/PI/ANF mixed aerogel material. USE - The aerogel is useful for electromagnetic protection and noise reduction applications in military, civil and aerospace fields in complex environments. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel: solves the problems of high density and poor flexibility of the traditional structural electromagnetic shielding sound absorption material; and has high heat resistance and extremely low thermal conductivity, semi-opening structure and high porosity.
