▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene/polyimide composite aerogel involves adding diamine monomer, tertiary amine, and quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant in deionized water, and stirring it to obtain uniform solution. The molar ratio of quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant and diamine monomer is (0.03-0.04):1, and molar ratio of tertiary amine and diamine monomer is (0.05-0.08):1. The dianhydride monomer is added to uniform solution, and stirred until dianhydride monomer is completely dissolved and forms a viscous solution to obtain polyamic acid aqueous solution. The molar ratio of diamine monomer and dianhydride monomer is 1:(0.95-1.05). The graphene/polyamic acid mixed solution is obtained by uniformly dispersing graphene in polyamic acid aqueous solution, and mass ratio of graphene and diamine monomer is (0.05-0.5):1. The mixed solution is deaerated, refrigerated, aged and freeze-dried to obtain a graphene/polyamic acid composite aerogel. USE - Method for preparing a graphene/polyimide composite aerogel used for gas adsorption, organic matter adsorption and thermal insulation material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a graphene/polyimide composite aerogel, which has simple method, high efficiency, low device requirement, wide application range, environmental friendliness, low cost, effectively avoids problem that traditional polyimide high-performance aerogels are difficult to prepare, and has high potential application value in field of atmospheric pollution control, water pollution control, thermal insulation structural material.
