NOVELTY - The device has a cover glass that is connected to two dimension scanning platforms by connecting rod. A light detecting device (1) is adapted to provide round polarized light by lens focus after the incidence to prism ultrasonic probe. A graphene thin film is provided with light polarizing beam splitter (3). The polarized light is divided into s-polarized light and p-polarized light by polarization beam splitter. The reconstruction of collected data is performed to form photo-acoustic image. USE - Photo-acoustic imaging device. ADVANTAGE - The structure of device is simplified.
