▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene modified thermo-expandable microspheres comprises a thermoplastic resin shell wrapped with an alkane foaming agent and a graphene is grafted on the thermoplastic resin shell. USE - Using graphene modified thermo-expandable microspheres comprising thermoplastic resin shell. ADVANTAGE - The microspheres comprises active groups uniformly distributed on outer shell and ensures uniformly dispersion of graphene without affecting the foaming performance of thermo-expandable microspheres. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene modified thermo-expandable microspheres comprising (i) adding 500-700 pts. wt. distilled water into a beaker, adding 100-200 pts. wt. electrolyte, 10-20 pts. wt. dispersion stabilizer and 1-5 pts. wt. additives under stirring, adding sulfuric acid in a drop wise manner to adjust the pH value of solution is 2-3 to obtain an aqueous suspension, (ii) adding nitrile monomers, (methyl) acrylate monomers and (methyl) acrylamide monomer into a beaker, adding crosslinking agent in a drop wise manner, then adding oil soluble initiator and alkane foaming agent and stirring to obtain oil phase liquid, (iii) pouring oil phase liquid into the aqueous suspension, dispersing into an oil phase small droplet suspension using a high-speed homogenizer, transferring into a stirred reaction kettle, allowing to react at 50-70 degrees C for 22 hours, filtering and drying to obtain thermo-expandable microspheres and (iv) taking 100 pts. wt. modified Hummers process graphene dispersion, adding 15-30 pts. wt. thermally expandable microspheres and allowing to react at 50-80 degrees C for 2-6 hours under nitrogen atmosphere of 0.3-0.6 MPa to obtain the product; and (2) coating comprising 1-10 pts. wt. graphene modified thermo-expandable microspheres, 50-70 pts. wt. resin, 20-30 pts. wt. filler, 4-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. wax powder, 4-12 pts. wt. diluent and 2-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent.
