▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A flaky graphite-polythiophene composite comprises flaky graphite which is a laminate of graphene or graphene sheets, and a polythiophene derivative. USE - Flaky graphite-polythiophene composite is used for forming corrosion-resistant coating material (claimed) for preventing corrosion on surface of metal e.g. copper foil. ADVANTAGE - The flaky graphite-polythiophene composite is hard to fold or curl and to be oxidized, and has high versatility, excellent chemical stability, improved physical property, such as conductivity (thermal conductivity), flame retardance and mechanical strength, and suppressed re-aggregation of graphene. The composite can be dispersed in various solvents including toluene without using a bio-toxic dispersion medium, and can effectively exhibit the original function of flaky graphite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the flaky graphite-polythiophene composite, which involves preparing a graphite intercalation compound in which an alkali metal is intercalated between the graphene layers of graphite, mixing the graphite intercalation compound and a compound (a) comprising a carbonyl group to exfoliate the graphite to obtain flaky graphite, and compounding the flaky graphite and polythiophene derivative.
