ADVANTAGE - The wire: can enhance tensile strength; is environmentally friendly; does not reduce electrical conductivity; and can be applied on a large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing corrosion-resistant composite copper-based fine wire comprising using horizontal continuous directional solidification method to prepare directional solidified cast rod, using continuous cold drawing to pull the diameter of directional solidified cast rod to less than 0.05 mm and coating graphene aqueous acrylic anticorrosive coating again to prepare a corrosion-resistant composite copper-based fine wire.
