▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing activated carbon comprises weighing each raw material carbon source, activator, and encapsulant according to the mass ratio of 10:10:1-5. The encapsulant is a carbon material with a layered structure. The encapsulating agent and the activating agent are respectively configured into aqueous solutions. The carbon source is added into the activator aqueous solution for immersion, ultrasonically dispersed and magnetically stirred, mixed with the obtained encapsulant aqueous solution under magnetic stirring, and then transferred to a drying oven for drying. The dried mixture is transferred to a crucible with a lid and placed the crucible in a tube furnace for heat treatment activation. The activated product is stirred and washed with an acid solution. The acid-washed product is washed with deionized water under stirring. The product washed with water 6 is subjected to suction filtration and then placed in a drying box for drying to obtain the prepared activated carbon. USE - Method for preparing activated carbon by using encapsulation auxiliary chemical activation. ADVANTAGE - The method can reduce the dosage of the activator, strengthen the internal activation, improve the activation effect, and reduce equipment corrosion and environmental pollution. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical representation depicting cumulative pore volume curves of graphite doped coconut shell carbon at activation temperature of 700?oC (G@CC-700), G@CC-800, G@CC-900, G@CC-1000 and CC-700.
