NOVELTY - Preparing lithium ion capacitor involves mixing anode active material, anode organic functional material, anode conductive agent and anode binder in mixed solvent composed of strong polar solvent and weak polar solvent, mechanically ball milling, stirring and dispersing to obtain anode slurry, heating the anode slurry to a certain temperature, coating on positive and negative surfaces of positive current collector, drying, rolling, slicing to obtain positive pole piece, mixing cathode active material, cathode conductive agent and cathode binder in the nitrogen methyl pyrrolidone, mechanical ball milling and stirring and dispersing to obtain cathode slurry, coating cathode slurry on positive and negative surfaces of cathode current collector, drying, rolling, slicing to obtain cathode pole piece, making positive pole piece, diaphragm and negative pole piece according to multi-layer sandwich type lamination to make electric core, vacuum drying, injecting electrolyte, and packaging. USE - Method for preparing lithium ion capacitor based on anode pre-embedded lithium process. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare lithium ion capacitor based on novel anode pre-embedded lithium process.
