NOVELTY - A film comprises at least one interconnected network of graphene flakes that is optically transparent and electrically conductive. USE - In device such as optoelectronic device, touch screen, microfluidic device, electromagnetic shield, sensor and display (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has an optical transparency of at least 80% for 550 nm light and a sheet resistance of less than 2 kOhms/sq. Graphene is only one atom thick and unprotected from the immediate environment, graphene exhibits high crystal quality and ballistic transport at submicron distances. Graphene is light, highly flexible and mechanically strong. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a device incorporating at least one transparent electrode, where the at least one transparent electrode comprises a graphene film; (2) method of depositing a graphene film involving: depositing a solution comprising graphene flakes on a surface; and evaporating solvent from the solution.
