The total thickness of the hot-melt composite material is 25-50 mu m. USE - As thermally conductive hot-melt composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has characteristics of thermally conductive shielding bonding and thermally conductive insulating bonding on its two sides, which play different roles. The composite material is adapted to different application occasions and needs, and has wider application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the composite material, involving arranging coating heads respectively on both sides of the thermally conductive substrate, using one coating head for coating thermally conductive and insulating hot melt adhesive, using the other coating head for coating thermally conductive shielding hot melt adhesive, simultaneously coating, drying the adhesive layer in a suspension oven, cooling the coated composite material to room temperature and then winding it to finally obtain the composite material, where the wind speed of the blast nozzle of the suspension oven is 6-13 m/s, and the fan frequency is 25-42 Hz.
