NOVELTY - Fluorinated graphene nano-drug carrier comprises fluorinated graphite oxidized to graphene oxide. The targeting molecule is connected and modified with polyvinylpyrrolidone after carboxylation treatment. Fluorinated graphene nano-drug carrier is loaded with drug by adsorption. USE - The fluorinated graphene nano-drug carrier is useful for preparation of drug for preventing and/or treating cancer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carrier improves bioavailability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the above-mentioned nano-drug carrier, which involves mixing fluorinated graphite with sodium hydroxide, heating the mixture using argon, reacting the mixture to obtain activated fluorinated graphite, mixing activated fluorinated graphite with concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring the mixture, adding concentrated nitric acid to the mixture, cooling the mixture, adding water to the mixture, filtering the mixture, freeze-drying the mixture to obtain fluoride oxide graphene, reacting carboxylated fluorinated graphene with 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloric acid and N-hydroxysuccinimide under dark reaction, and preparing fluorinated graphene nano-drug carrier.
