NOVELTY - Preparation of coaxial cable-type graphene oxide-zeolite molecular sieve supported hollow fiber composite film involves (S1) soaking hollow fiber film in oxide nanofiber dispersion, polymer nanofiber dispersion or graphene oxide dispersion and uniformly depositing as a modified layer by vacuum filtration to obtain hollow fiber composite film, (S2) soaking in zeolite molecular sieve dispersion and uniformly depositing as a separation layer by vacuum filtration to obtain zeolite molecular sieve supported hollow fiber composite membrane, (S3) soaking in graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and uniformly depositing as coating layer by vacuum filtration. USE - Preparation of coaxial cable-type graphene oxide-zeolite molecular sieve supported hollow fiber composite film for separating mixed gas of helium gas and methane (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The powdered zeolite molecular sieve is confined between graphene oxide coating layer and modified support membrane, which prevent layered shedding of powder zeolite molecular sieve in the membrane configuration, and solves the technical bias of powder zeolite molecular sieve film forming difficulty. The method simple and economical. The composite film surface is uniform and complete, has large unit volume film separator filling density, which is suitable for high pressure operation, and has large gas flux and excellent separation performance.
