▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing thermally conductive fabric comprises preparing at least one masterbatch comprising copper powder, graphene powder or mineral heat treatment powder, and a base resin, preparing a masterbatch mixture by mixing the first masterbatch and a resin second masterbatch consisting only of a base resin, melt-spinning the masterbatch mixture to produce yarn, generating a fabric using the yarn, and coating surface of the yarn or fabric with vegetable oil by impregnating the yarn or fabric with heated vegetable oil in the yarn generating step or the fabric generating step. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing thermally conductive fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method can improve blood circulation and induce an increase in the wearer's own body temperature, has thermal conductivity properties, has a coating film made of vegetable oil which effectively blocks artificial increase in body temperature due to an external heat source, has excellent durability, and blocks damage to the fabric caused by external factors, is capable of generating a high degree of far-infrared effect, has excellent deodorization and antibacterial properties due to the functional components inherent in the fabric, and has human-friendly properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for thermally conductive fabric, comprising woven body of fiber yarn containing at least one kind of particles among copper particles, graphene particles and mineral heat treatment particles, and having a coating film coated with vegetable oil on the surface.
